Sixth Form Health & Well-being week from, Monday 6th February until Friday 10th February 2017.

During this week we have been encouraging our Sixth Form Students to think about Health and Well-being both inside and outside of School. The aim of the week is for our Students to try something different; an activity or conversation that will help them consider their health.

Highlights from the week:
•On Monday we saw our own Mr Massimino & Mr Owen lead an Insanity Fitness Class.
•On Tuesday we were lucky enough to have cakes baked for us by Boston Tea Party Ringwood, which allowed us to raise £100.00 for the Anthony Nolan Trust. A BIG thank you to Boston Tea Party!
•On Wednesday we held our annual Health Fair, ran by our Y12 Health & Social Care Students. A huge well done and thanks to our Students and their Healthcare professionals.
•On Thursday we have the Ringwood Leisure Centre giving us a taster of their new Total Reshape Fitness Class! The day will finish with a film afternoon from 3.30pm.
•On Friday we will be setting someone up for the weekend with a random act of kindness and a sing-a-long quiz in our common room!
