GCSE Results 2017

This year 77.4% of our students have achieved a grade 9-4 in English language, literature and maths. This is equivalent to grades A*-C. This is an 8% increase on last years’ results. It was the first year to see awarding of grades 9-1 in the reformed English language, English literature and maths GCSE's. A-Level Results 2017

This year the percentage of top grades (grades A*/A/B) is at 49% and the percentage of A*-C grades at A-Level is 81%. Some subjects have had an exceptionally successful year. Further Maths has secured an amazing 89% A*-B; Chemistry attained 86% A*-B; Geography is at 75% A*-B; Spanish is at 71.4% A*-B and 70% of grades in Economics are also A*-B.
