Guidance to filling in your options form

Select one subject from three of the following four blocks. In your fourth block, you will select ‘no subject in this block’ unless:
• If you wish to study Further Maths, you can do this as a fourth option and must have selected Mathematics in block A.
• If you wish to study Double Performing Arts you need to select the Single in block C and the double in block B.
• If you wish to start with four subjects, please write in the free text box at the bottom what this fourth subject would be.
