‘You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore’

‘Get involved and make a difference’ is the essential message for all students who choose to study at Ringwood. A hugely diverse range of activities and events determined by the student body ensure there is something for everyone.

Every year, we welcome international students who bring cultural diversity and enrich the life of the school. Student leaders take responsibility for activities that develop learning through community, welfare, political voice and global events. Student opportunities to learn go far beyond the classroom with experiences offered each year that are local, national and international.

We have a variety of annual events held at Ringwood Sixth Form. In September we start with our Welcome Picnic hosted by our current Y13’s for our new Y12 group. We go onto have a Touch Rugby Tournament with mixed teams & year groups. At Christmas we host our Senior Citizen’s Party, where our Sixth Former’s, host, entertain and dine with our local senior citizens, it truly is a heart warming event. We then have our Schools Production, moving us through to summer, where we have Sport Day events and we round off the year with Y13’s Graduation, this is where we say goodbye and good luck to our leavers.
